The Dubai Big Lottery platform, accessible via www.dubaibiglottery.com, including all associated communications and services provided by or on behalf of the operator, a company incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom (“we,” “us,” “our”), is exclusively for individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set out in our Terms and Conditions.

The content posted on the platform does not constitute an invitation or offer to participate in any sweepstakes or game in any jurisdiction where such participation is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction before using the platform or its services.

Jurisdictional responsibility

• Prizes are only paid to the registered account holder associated with the winning entry.
• No third party, including members of the group, has any legal or equitable right to make a claim against us.
• We bear no responsibility for the internal distribution of prizes among members of the group.
• Any special arrangement between group members is outside our control, and we do not endorse, enforce, or recognize such arrangements.
