• Terms written in capital letters and used herein but not otherwise defined have the meanings assigned to them in the Rules of the Game and Legal Disclaimer.
• Unless the context requires otherwise, words in the singular form include the plural form and vice versa.
• References to "you," "your," or "participant" refer to the individual accessing or using the platform.
• References to "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the Dubai Big Lottery platform.

Agree to the terms

By accessing or using the Dubai Big Lottery platform, www.dubaibiglottery.com, registering an account, or participating in any game or draw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, in addition to the Privacy Policy, Game Rules, and Legal Disclaimer, which together form a binding agreement between you and us.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where applicable law prohibits such participation or access to the platform.
• Your name must not be included on any international sanctions list, and you must not be a resident of a country subject to sanctions.
• You may not have more than one account with the Dubai Big Lottery.

We reserve the right to check your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be in violation of these terms.

Account Registration

You must register by providing complete and accurate information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and all activities conducted through it. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately via email at contact@dubaibiglottery.com.

Group play

• Only the registered account holder is considered the legal owner of the winning entry.
• We assume no responsibility or legal liability for any agreements, disputes, or obligations arising between participants in the group.
• No agreement between group members may be enforced against us.

Purchase entries

• All entries must be purchased through the platform or other approved channels.
• Entry prices are published on the platform and may vary depending on the game. Price changes will not affect previously purchased entries.
• Until the payment gateway integration process is fully completed, alternative purchase methods will be revealed through official communication channels.

Prizes

• Prizes are only paid to the registered account holder for a valid winning entry.
• We reserve the right to withhold payment pending identity verification, also known as Know Your Customer, sanctions checks, or any legal or regulatory approval.
• Unclaimed top prizes will be forfeited if not claimed within six months of the draw date.

Inactive or pending accounts

• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Violation of these terms or other applicable documents.
• Non-compliance with regulatory or legal standards.
• Technical or security concerns.
• Inactivity for more than 12 months.

Using the platform

• Using the platform for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purposes is prohibited.
• Downloading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code is prohibited.
• Violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or terms is prohibited.

You will fully indemnify us against any costs, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including but not limited to trademarks, designs, graphics, software, and text, is the exclusive property of Dubai Big Lottery or its licensors. No part of this content may be copied, modified, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse any external websites and disclaim any liability for any consequences arising from their content, practices, or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of:

• Technical malfunctions, delays, or disruptions.
• Unauthorized access to or misuse of your account.
• Errors or omissions in any content or service provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or negligent personal injury.

Amendments

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
